CHILDREN’S CHURCH

“But Jesus said to them, "Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for such is the kingdom of God. Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it." Luke 18:16-17 (NKJV)

Purpose of Ministry:
The purpose of the ministry is to teach children to know and understand the Word of God, apply the Word to their daily lives, embrace a positive worship experience and prepare them to do God's work.

SUNDAY SCHOOL

Purpose of Ministry:
The Sunday school is an introduction to the church doctrine of our Lord Jesus Christ. Sunday school is a start to our biblical learning. It is available to everyone. We strive to equip Christians with God's Word to empower them to live an abundant life.

SENIOR BIBLE STUDY

"And now, behold, the Lord hath kept me alive, as he said...And yet I am as strong this day as I was in the day that Moses sent me..." Joshua 14:10-11 (KJV)

Purpose of Ministry:
The purpose of the ministry is to create unity among the older adults and effectively communicate issues and concerns within the ministry; to strengthen the fellowship of our older saints and to be an example to our younger saints. "Be thou an example of the believers, in faith, and in purity" I Timothy 4:12

In addition we wish to enrich the lives of our older saints, through fellowship and service to God. We come to exalt our Savior Jesus Christ in word, thought, and deeds. Our further purpose is to minister not only among ourselves but also to others in and outside of our church.

REDEEMER INSTITUTE FOR CHRISTIAN EDUCATION (RICE)

“And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.”  II Timothy 2:2 (KJV)

Mission Statement:
Redeemer Institute for Christian Education (RICE) exists to nurture and equip men and women to do the work of the ministry for the building up of the Body of Christ (Eph. 4:12).  We believe that each Christian is called to minister in some capacity. Since a working knowledge of the Scriptures is necessary to fulfill the Great Commission, we desire to teach people how to apply the Word of God in their lives so they can lead others to “observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:20).
